I can honestly say with NSN’s assistance, our stores have had minimal issues with regards to internet as we have 4G links in place(given that the DSL lines have not yet been installed) to keep stores online with a 3G failover in each store – giving us minimal down time when it comes to taking payments or the functionality of the store
We have quick response times when it comes to faults on lines or store phones not working in our NZ/MY/SG/UK/SP/FR & USA stores

We worked side-by-side with NSN to roll out over 40 new Lovisa Accessories stores in Europe. NSN assisted with the installations of DSL lines, with the Router and a VOIP phone. In a perfect work this is all you would need but unfortunately things don’t always go according to plan.
With the help of NSN team we came up with a full proof plan. Every store to be installed with a Meraki Z1, with a Huawei LTE dongle and a sim card from a trusted provider in the area. This has worked full proof, every store opened on time with internet whether or not DSL was installed. We have 1 particular store that is still on LTE due to limitations in the mall.
NSN team have been on site on the day of the install with various sim cards to guarantee us some kind of connectivity no matter what. We use Futura 4POS which completely relies on our VPN for deployment. Without internet we cannot set up. All stores have been prepped on site and completed on the day of the install.
I would highly recommend using these services from NSN, we have 100% up time even during DSL outages/line breaks. NSN has provided a variety of reliable sim cards for the entire EU.
Honestly, I do not see how a retail chain could operate without some sort of fail over, and Cisco Meraki has proven its reliability.

We needed to change our phone system at our Wrexham site for it was old and always crackling. We were already using NSN at our other two sites albeit on older systems.
So we went out to the marketplace to see what was available with the cloud based IPBX system looking very favourable in our option. I was very impressed with NSN’s approach that they listened to what we were wanting with the aftersales service being a very important part of the service.
We have had this new system in now for several months and have been very pleased if anything we don’t use it to its full potential. What Jenny promised us when we were looking to change our system she has stood by that promise and it was certainly the right move if there’s an issue it’s dealt with.

We have been a customer of New Star Networks since December 2010. They currently supply 50% of our total fixed lines across our 110 sites across the country, which amounts to a current annual spend of approximately £100,000.
The process of migrating our lines from our previous supplier was very smooth, with only minimal disruption where it was necessary to reconfigure a few of our telephone systems.
